NovaLogic probably got bored developing games and thought to spice up its life. The employees must've tried many things and ran out of ideas, so they gave a call to those nice guys at Business Software Alliance, hoping they would provide some sort of solution. And that's all the BSA was waiting for. They came, they saw NovaLogic was using unlicensed copies of Adobe, Apple, Autodesk, FileMaker, Macromedia, Microsoft and Symantec software on its computers and fined it $153,500.
